How do I start the program?
The program begins with an introductory virtual meeting with a Nurse Practitioner. Before this appointment, you'll need to complete and submit your consent forms and intake questionnaire. During the consultation, the Nurse Practitioner will evaluate your medical history. Together, you will discuss and determine if you are a suitable candidate for the weight loss program. If you choose to move forward with the program, you'll cover the first month's cost. This includes the medication, supplies, and any subsequent consultations, all of which are included in the stated price for your specific weight loss plan. From then on, you will be billed the full program fee monthly until you choose to terminate your participation in the program. To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, you must cancel your enrollment before the day of the month that you originally started the program. For instance, if you began on the 9th, you would need to cancel before the 9th of the following month. Otherwise, your cancellation will not take effect until the subsequent month.
